Thank you for all your support at International Family Day. Both parents and children alike had a great time. You can see some picture highlights and read details of upcoming and ongoing activities at EtonHouse Lodge in our most recent update bulletin.
EtonHouse Lodge will be holding an Open International Day to families with children aged 18 months to 4 years. There will be face painting, fun Mandarin classes, Kindermusic, and so much more. We hope to see you there!
We’ve returned to school ready for the festive term and already celebrated Book Character Day on our first day of school! The children had lots of fun and looked amazing in their costumes. They also had lots of fun sharing books and listening to stories with their friends.
Our topic for this second half term is called Let’s Pretend! We will use Superheroes as our focus to start with, encouraging the children to participate in role play situations where they can pretend to be superheroes. Later in the Half Term we will look at Fairy Stories and Traditional Tales to continue our Let’s Pretend theme.
Explorers were very brave this week, settling into their new environment. We are very proud of our children as they seem to be more adjusted as days go by. We look forward to their happy and cheerful development as the year goes on!
